Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
How to Return

Non-Returnable Items
Cut fabric, sale items, and items without original tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us via WhatsApp to check availability before initiating a return.
